THE FIELD
If you love circuit classes, strength training, HIIT and ‘Bootcamp’ — you will feel right at home in The Field. This multipurpose training room is home to a wide range of equipment — from SkiErgs, rowers and Assault bikes to barbells, kettlebells and battle ropes, classes in The Field are highly dynamic and suitable for all levels.
These classes take place at our Quinpool location.

SWEAT EQUITY
This is our classic HIIT class, which uses a variety of equipment to help improve speed, agility and endurance in a fun, team-oriented environment. Bootcamp-esque. It's fast paced, sweaty and jam packed with good vibes.

POWERHOUSE - LOWER
The focus of this class is lower body strength and power, lifting heavy in a controlled and supportive environment. This style of hypertrophy training uses supersets and Time Under Tension (TUT) to build a stronger version of you.

The focus of this class is upper body strength and power, lifting heavy in a controlled and supportive environment. This style of hypertrophy training uses supersets and Time Under Tension (TUT) to build a stronger version of you.

METCON
This high-intensity strength-focused class is designed to build power, endurance, and resilience. Using functional movements, controlled tempos, and strategic work-to-rest intervals, you'll see an elevated heart rate for maximum efficiency.

MOVE WITH JOY
This class is all about finding JOY in functional movement. It includes all the hallmarks of a good workout: foundational movement patterns, conditioning and full body strength. A challenging yet accessible class for all fitness levels!
HYBRID
These highly unique class experiences use both rooms, The Cabin and The Field, to offer a well rounded workout. Moving between the two rooms, members have the opportunity to explore different movement styles in one class type.

30 FOR THIRTY
Enjoy 30 minutes of a full body workout in The Field and 30 minutes of heated deep stretching in The Cabin. This class strives to offer balance for those seeking a well-rounded workout with max sweat potential.

PYRO
An invigorating class experience that begins with heated low impact strength in The Cabin using free weights, Bala beams and more, followed by a quick & efficient HIIT circuit in The Field.

SWEAT FEST
A festival of SWEAT. This 75min class is divided between The Field and The Cabin. Experience 30min of HIIT in The Field and 30min of Low Impact Strength Training (LIST), with time to transition in between. If you're up for a challenge, this is it — and only offered on special occasions!
