CHOOSING YOUR FIRST CLASS
Our class schedule is quite robust across the two locations and it can be overwhelming to navigate at first! To view our complete list of class descriptions click here, but we’ve also gathered some helpful pointers below for getting started with all three: The Track, The Cabin & The Field.

SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Tap each button below to get a run down on the concept of each space, including class recommendations, tips & tricks!
THE TRACK | LARRY UTECK LOCATION
Our treadmill studio offering a combination of endurance, strength & conditioning and low impact movement options. No, you are not stuck on a treadmill for the entire class! Our dynamic class options cater to all types of movers—whether you’re a veteran runner or new to the sport! Our treadmill intervals are short and effective which ensures the class will fly by. On the floor, expect a wide range of functional strength using dumbbells, weight benches, bands & more!
It’s not all about running, either. We have entire class styles built around incline walking and low impact movement. Our LIIT and LIIT X LIST classes are a great place to start in that respect. If you’re looking for a class that incorporates running on a moderate level, Goal Getter is our tried and true signature class style!
We ask that members bring indoor sneakers to workout in, outdoor shoes can be left at the front. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated (and yes we have a water fountain on site here too).
THE CABIN | QUINPOOL LOCATION
Our infrared heated room is home to our signature method, LIST™ (Low Impact Strength Training), yoga, Pilates and mindfulness. Averaging 32-34 degrees, classes in The Cabin prioritize creative and accessible low impact movement.
If you’re new to The Cabin and wondering which class to start with, Mat Pilates is a great introduction to the space. Alternatively, Cabin Tabata is a great introduction to our LIST™ method, which draws from the principles of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and & Dance. You’ll get a sense of the movement style over quick 20s second intervals.
For hygiene purposes, members are asked to bring their own mat, or you can rent one from us at the front desk for $4+tax.
No shoes required! Sock feet or bare feet is just fine. Ensure you bring a water bottle because we sweat A LOT (yes, we have a water fountain on site!).
THE FIELD | QUINPOOL LOCATION
Our dedicated strength & conditioning space home to some of our OG class styles! If you love circuit training or bootcamp classes, we have you covered. On the heavy lifting side of things, our strength-focused class (known as Powerhouse) offers the opportunity to work on form with barbells, kettlebells and much more.
We are often asked which class is the best one to start with and the answer is always 30 FOR THIRTY. This class is divided between The Field and The Cabin: the first 30min is comprised of a full body workout in The Field, followed by a 30min deep, heated stretch in The Cabin. It offers the best of both worlds, and provides a great introduction to how workouts run in The Field.
We ask that members bring indoor sneakers to workout in, leaving outdoor shoes at the front. Water bottles are highly recommend and can be filled up on site.
